We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Specialist living in Turkey to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the GCC market. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for GCC region clients in managing relationships and developing new business opportunities for our AI-powered retail analytics solution.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GCC region.
- Product Expertise: Become a product expert and effectively communicate the value proposition of Occicor's AI-powered retail analytics solution to potential clients.
- Operational Excellence: Manage new client accounts, and support Occicor's field team to maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Product Training: Design training presentations, and train clients' teams to understand and use Occicor's products.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Spanish clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing success.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the product and processes, and provide feedback to the related teams within Occicor.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic, English (and preferably in Turkish) (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and/or business development in the B2B SaaS software industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Having a growth mindset
