We are seeking a talented Marketing Field Operations Specialist living in Turkey to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the Spanish market. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketing field operations and information management on our AI-powered retail analytics solution.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Continuously look for new part-time field people in Spain by posting to recruitment sites and/or related groups on social media and execute the selection process through interviews.
- Product Training: Design training presentations, and train field teams to understand and use Occicor's solution correctly.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor field operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of required datasets.
- Information Management: Add and update the product and store information on Occicor's AI-powered retail analytics solution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify technical problems in the product and processes, and provide feedback to the related teams within Occicor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Turkish is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field services or a related position
- Experience in retail or fmcg/cpg sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
